Studying at Harrington College of Design for Interior Design. Graduated at Roger C Sullivan high school and before and after high school I worked with Sullivan’s autistic program as a teacher’s assistant but I really found myself loving and helping kids that were nonverbal and showing them different things that they never have experienced before. Example like using headphones when working with autistic kids most people know that they feel like they hear things louder than others and intend to cover their ears with their hands or learn how to watch TV it’s part of learning: how to be focus on one thing then them running around or looking around in different directions even if any of these stuff are not met there is still hope for the future and I believe that every kid will definitely improve on their own time even if they’re not autistic. I’m also hoping to discover new talents from the child that none of us would have ever thought they would have had because what I’ve seen throughout the years at a lot of autistic people tend to not know how to write or read or even speak but they probably have the ability to play an instrument or sing and dance.
