Hi Families,

Caring for children has always been an exciting part of my life. My experience includes over 12 years of paid experience with infant through middle school aged children as well as two years pre-school and kindergarten teaching experience in a private school.

My philosophy with caring for children involves not only providing safe and loving care, but also providing a positive environment for the child/children to learn and grow in. As a caregiver, I love providing fun and interesting activities for the children to participate in including arts and crafts and outdoor activities. As a child, I needed stimulation beyond just watching a television show or movie, so I strive to provide engaging opportunities while caring for children.

As an addition to caring for your child/children, I am able to offer beginner to intermediate level piano instruction in your home. Piano is a wonderful way to improve reading comprehension, math skills, and problem solving. It also can be a fun way to experience music. I am classically trained in piano and took lessons myself for over 10 years.

I am moving to Cambridge in mid-June and would like to start a caregiver job at that time. I look forward to meeting you and potentially caring for your child/children.
