Hana K.

Hana is an educator, artist and caregiver. Her concepts in teaching are based in the care and awareness of life practice, with a focus in cooking and gardening. She received her BFA in Interdisciplinary Sculpture from Maryland Institute College of Art. Interdisciplinary studies allowed Hana to move from traditional art making into social practice and teaching. She has taught in preschool and elementary schools, and has experience with the Montessori Method.She has engaged her work with the communities of schools, urban farms, food trucks, friends, and families in Baltimore and New York City.
