Hello!

I am an artist living and working in Brooklyn. I grew up in Austin, Texas. In middle school and high school I did a lot of neighborhood babysitting. In college I worked with the same family for 5 years (two kids-one girl age 7-12; one boy 3-8). Occasionally the neighbors 1-year-old was added to the mix too! We mostly stayed at the house working on arts and crafts, practicing reading and some Spanish, playing backyard sports and board games, and getting a good bedtime routine going. We also either made dinner together, or I drove them to restaurants. I enjoyed watching the kids grow and learn. Any chance I had to teach them new skills was exciting and worthwhile!
