It is believed by many that as habitants of earth we have a mission. Some have found it, some others are struggling to find it. I am a middle aged woman, who strongly believes has found one purpose in life and that is caring for other people, especially children. Despite the fact that life presented me with a great opportunity as well as challenge seven years ago when I permanently immigrated to the United States, my mission remains the same. Caring for others.
I was born and raised in a small country in the Balkans known as Albania. I have a degree in midwife nursing as well as EKG technician. Apiece of paper does not make you a well-qualified nanny or babysitter, but experience and the affection you have for children does. I myself am a mother to three children. Although they are all in their twenties and getting ready to start a new chapter in their lives, they have never grown to me. Raising them taught me more than those four years in college, caring for the young is not a full time job because we as humans quit our jobs. Caring for the young is a commitment and one of the greatest responsibilities that we as women experience during our journey.
It was once believed that children were once considered miniature of adults who were born with an empty mind so their caregivers could reshape them and build them as they desired but today this theory doesnt exist. Children have their own personality and temper and it is our duty as caregivers and mothers to help them live a life that fits their personality and temper. Mother doesnt just give birth to her child, she holds the key to their success because she is their source of love, comfort and their secured based. It would be a great pleasure if I joined your team and continue to give love to the people who hold the fate of the future.
