I am Vanessa, I am looking for a full time job. I am a 19 year old high school graduate. I graduated from Lehman High School June 2019. When I was in junior high school I had independent work. I would pick up one 10 year old boy and one 7 year old girl (brother and sister) then travel to The boys and girls club where they attended their after school club. When the program ended for the day their mother would pick them up and pay me at the end of the day. This previous year I had an internship with my school with The boys and girls club located close to my school. I helped with reviewing the children’s homework and helping them learn. My internship helped me with my regents therefore I was not receiving a paycheck. My passion is children, ever since I was young I was a leader and very caring for others. I would always babysit my younger family members and cook and clean for them. I can cook, clean, help with homework, I can do the children’s hair and help them dress. I follow direction well and I will do any job I am given. I would be pleased to watch after children and help their families get through their everyday lives peacefully. My main concern is the safety of the children.
