My babysitting gigs in high school and college sparked my interest in education and led me to become a teacher. I’ve taught for 5 years at the elementary and middle school level though, I must admit, teaching kindergarten was my absolute favorite :-) As a teacher, I had a two main priorities: delivering rigorous, high-quality instruction while allowing children to be children.To me, play is just as important as reading, writing, and math. I love children and caring for them. As the oldest out of many, many cousins, in my family, I’ve been caring for others for quite some time.
