My name is Gloria J. Jimenez. For over ten years Ive been a professional Baby Nurse, Nanny, and babbysitter. Ive had the privilege to work with families from different cultures, and backgrounds. I genuinely love children. I spent the majority of the day with my little ones and so I truly enjoy spending the time with them. As a nanny Ive worked long hours, and most often dont have any supervision or daily oversight, therefore, parents depend on me to keep their child safe and well-cared for. My main goal as a nanny is to provide the highest level of childcare.
As a childcare specialist, I am responsible to provide the child with developmentally appropriate experiences. I have the responsibility to actively engage the child in my care and I have the energy to do so. I have a reserve of patience so that I can be able to handle childrens emotions, moods, temper, and tantrums. I have a safety conscious, therefore when on duty the childrens safety come first and foremost. I have a solid communication skill I relay and receive information from parents and children. My daily job as a nanny can be very unpredictable, but I am able to adapt and face every day situation.
