I am an educator with experience working with children ages six months to ten years old! I have worked as an assistant teacher in a two year old classroom, and also have a year of experience tutoring and mentoring children at an elementary school. Before transitioning to the full time teaching position I gained experience with children in all of the classrooms (ranging in age from three months to five years) at the Reggio Emilia based pre-school where I worked as a floating teacher. While there, I was trained in the RIE philosophy as well. I love to connect with all the children I work with. This has been the highlight of my career as an educator! I love to bring my skills and interests to the work I do with the children I work with. Yoga, baking, literature and song are such fun ways of engaging children. I look forward to meeting your family and beginning our work together.
