Hello, my name is Destiny Alvarez. I am 22 years old. I have experience working with kids with disabilities from ages 6-20. I’ve volunteered at a community center from 2008-2012 while I was in high school. I have a 2-year-old son who is super active and super fun. I lived in Florida for a year in 2012 where I babysat a 3-year-old girl for a year and that was very fun. I also have a 5-year-old brother who I helped my mom raise from 3 weeks old as she worked three jobs to provide for my siblings and I. I am amazing with kids, I am very creative. I always take my son to the zoo, park, little hikes in the park, we do arts and crafts at home, we bake cakes etc. I am looking for something full time, however if I am able to bring my son along as a play date that would be even better. If not I do have a babysitter of my own so my hours and time are super flexible and I am available to start as soon as July 20.
