Hello Everyone,

My name is Atira Wood. I am 22 years old and a college senior. I have been caring for children since I was about thirteen years old. I started out watching family and family friends children. When it all started I was just doing it for the fun and that continues to this day. As the years went on I continued watching children of all ages. My favorite part is when I get to have day trips with them for the summer. I am a huge museum and park person so that takes up most of our day. I make try to incorporate some type of learning experience into every trip. I am attending school as a community health major and would like to get my masters in teaching. I plan on working in schools as a nutritionist/health teacher to educate students. My overall goal in life is to own my own daycare because I love children. I do not own my a car but I do have a valid license.
