Hello there! My name is Melissa, I live in South Boston and I am currently a Junior at Elms College majoring in Early Childhood Education, hoping to continue in Special Education. I love working with children and I have always known that I wanted to make a career out. I have babysat for family and friends of all ages and I have been a part of the Boston Youth Programs where I worked as a camp counselor each summer (ages of children range). I enjoy going outside with the children and staying active. I would consider myself a hands on babysitter and enjoy doing arts and crafts with them also. I do not have a car, but have no problem with walking or public transportation! I am moving back home after my finals (December 11th) and will be transferring home to Umass Boston for the upcoming semester.
