My name is Megan, I am a kindergarten teacher, I have been teaching for 7 years and work right outside of Boston. After teaching during the day, I tutor for many different students ranging in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade. I was an Elementary Education major in college and have received two masters of education since then, one from Harvard and one from Teachers College Columbia University. At Teachers College, I focused specifically on literacy. I work with students on improving their reading skills, phonics skills, independent writing skills as well as math skills. I have also tutored several students for the ISEE exam to prepare for entrance into private schools in the area.
I absolutely love working with children of all ages and truly believe that I can find the right kind of instruction and strategies for learning to help your child be successful.
