My sister is 13 and I know how teens can be and the daycare has kids ages 3 months to 5 years. I have babysat for most of the families and also know ther brothers and sisters. I have also babysat for over 50 differant families in my 7 or more years of babysitting. I still watch the kids i started with over 7 years ago. I am willing to also come visit you and you family and house and get to know you before I actually start watching your children.
