My love of children began a little over 18 years ago when I had my son. I was extremely happy to be able to take care of him and was amazed at how fast he grew. Ever since then I have developed a deep love for children, which is illuminated by how I decided to have a second child as well as open a family daycare. I am a licensed child care provider who is CPR certified and have operated my own daycare since June of 2008. Marjelin Family Daycare grew from just one child to more than five at any given time. In an effort to further my education as well as enhance my ability to take care of child I became certified in First Aid as well as taking classes such as Growth and Development, Special Education, Children and Cultural and many more at Urban College of Boston. Next year I will be receiving an Associates and Bachelors degree from Urban College in Child Education.
