I am currently a sophomore at Emerson College in Downtown Boston. I am studying Writing, Literature and Publishing with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. I am thinking about pursuing Journalism or Marketing as another minor. I live in Beacon Hill and have lived in Boston for two years, though I consider it my home. I am originally from the Washington, DC area. I am a vegetarian but I have no problem preparing meals with meat in them. I love to do any kind of creative activity with children, whether its creating a fort out of pillows or painting or making up a game to play outside.
I worked at an all girls camp this past summer and cared for girls between the ages of 8 and 13. I cared for up to 12 girls at a time. I am also in the Big Sister/Little Sister program. I see my Little Sister (8 years old) once a week since we were matched up in Feb. 2008.
