I have tutor the blind, to taking care of kids with severe autism by planning activities and keeping them occupied. I have worked at a summer camp with kids that range from 5-11. I also babysat a family who had a four month old and a four year old for three years. I would pick them up from school, help them with their homework and sometimes clean and cook.
