I am 26 year old male that has recently moved to boston. I am a full time student at UMASS Boston. I am looking for some full/part time work as a nanny or sitter.

I have worked with kids a lot throughout my young adult life, whether it be as a teachers assistant, youth group leader or mentor. I have mostly worked with children that have special needs. I am most familiar with children on the spectrum and kids that have behavioral difficulties.

Before I moved to Boston I was working as a Teachers Assistant in Chicago. On a daily basis these were my three responsibilities: (1) you are caring for another persons child and are responsible for their safety (2) you have to be able to help the child with the school work or learning activities (3) be considerate about how you act around them to make sure you are a positive role model.

Since living in Boston I have worked successfully with two families and been part of two programs through my school. I have been able to work with kids ages birth-18yo, either as nanny or tutor.

Additional services: Meal preparation, Laundry, Light housekeeping, Swimming supervision, and Potty training.

Rate: $15/hour – $30/hour
