Hi! My name is Jessie! I am 18 years old and recently just graduated from Bensalem High School. I am currently enrolled in Bucks Community college and majoring in Business Administration. I enjoy taking care of children because I get to assist them in developing skills that they have yet to learn and can be someone who they rely on. Other than being 1 of 5 siblings (and a number of cousins), I have a year and a half experience with children in Pre-K as an assistant teacher at my high school for a Child Development class. In the class we created lesson plans in groups based on topics from the lead teacher. She would check and grade our lessons, making sure they followed state standards that students needed in order to be successful. Other tasks included reading aloud to the kids, preparing activities at each table, snack time, and clean up after each class. Through this I’ve gained communication skills, organization of paperwork, arts and crafts, and assisting in reading and writing skills for the preschoolers.

Additional services: Meal preparation, Laundry, Potty training, and Light housekeeping.

Rate: $16/hour – $23/hour
