My name is Rua McCabe I am a current senior at Cambridge Ridge and Latin School, and am 19 years old. Getting ready for college next fall at either Lesley or Wheaton Universtity with major and education, and hopefully later study child phycology. I started working with children around age 14 through the Mayors Youth program, and have now being working at the same elementary school for almost five years. I work four days a week after school from 3-6, and full time during the summer. Through my work at the Morse school I have made great connections with the children and families, which has created great baby-sitting opportunities! I have experience with children ages 3-8, and during the daytime, evening, and nights, ranging form just one child to three.

- Five years of experience working with youth at summer and afterschool programs. Skills include confidence in leading activities, planning lessons for ages 4-12, establishing connections with the City of Cambridge and gaining knowledge of my city and my community through working with the youth. Completed multiple trainings and courses to build upon my understanding of working with children.
