Hey, my name is Ceiren (sounds like K-ear-in). I am an adaptable, energetic and empathetic caregiver with over 5 years of experience in caring for children. I have worked in a daycare setting, in home (the parent’s residence) nanny setting, and cared for children in my own home before. I have a deep understanding that every child has their own set of needs, and I love to communicate with parents beforehand and during our journey together to better adapt to those needs that I know are always changing. I have experience caring for children aged newborn to about 15 years old. I also have experience caring for children with a multitude of special needs, starting with my volunteer experience in high school of caring for children with spina bifida, cerebral palsy, autism, mobility needs, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral disabilities as well.
