I am a 56 yr old wife, mom and Grammy, who hasnt fully recovered from Empty Nesting. I have 2 grown children 33 and 30, my son lives in Houston and my daughter, son in law, and granddaughter live in North Carolina. I have always loved working with and caring for kids. I started babysitting very young for neighbors, in my early teens my first job was at a church daycare. Late teens and early 20s I was a live in nanny for 2 families in California and a live out nanny for another family until I moved to Texas and had my own kids. After having my own kids I continued watching friends children and my own nieces and nephews. I am currently a medical assistant/phlebotomist that does medical exams for various life insurance companies. I manage my own clients and schedule my own appointments so I am very responsible with my time, and value my clients time as well. I have my own car and full coverage insurance, I can pass any background/drug testing as I have to for my current position since I go to see my clients in their homes around DFW. I have been doing that for the past 28 years. I also watch 2 young boys 6 and 10 2 mornings a week before school and school drop off, so their mom can work. I
have been with that family for 1 year now. I am married, my husband works out of town Monday-Friday, so I am home by myself with my dog all week. My time is pretty flexible depending on my client schedule during the week days and weekends. I’m usually completely free after 2-3pm and available evenings and nights. I love animals too! I have past experience with infants, toddlers, twins and school age children. I welcome any other questions you may have for me! Experience with ADHD and ODD children as well.
